Today I want to teach you two words. The first word is “create”. Can you say it? Create. Create.
“Create” means to make something new, something that did not exist before. So, we say “the artist creates artwork every day” but we say, “the boy makes his bed every day”. The artist makes something new. He creates artwork. The boy does not make something new. He does not create his bed. He makes his old bed look neat again.
The second word is the verb separate. Repeat after me. Separate. Separate. To separate means to put in different places. We separate the shell of an egg from the egg inside the shell. Sometimes we separate the yellow part of the egg from the white part of the egg.
